PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Full Demo & Subfloor Work
The original kitchen was stripped down to framing, including the floor, which needed to be leveled and restructured. We upgraded electrical runs and reworked plumbing to suit the new layout. The old red tile flooring was removed and the floor joists were reinforced to eliminate dips and creaks throughout the space.
White Shaker Cabinets & Pantry Storage
We installed new full-overlay shaker cabinets in a classic white finish, including 42” tall uppers for extra storage. A combination of deep drawers, double-door lowers, and full-height pantry units maximizes organization. The layout was adjusted to include a dedicated pantry area and built-in trash pullout.
Quartz Countertops & Full-Height Splash
Grey-veined quartz countertops span the L-shaped perimeter and the island. A seamless full-height quartz backsplash behind the range offers a clean look with no grout lines and ties the entire cooking zone together with the counters.
Pendant & Recessed Lighting
To brighten the space, we installed a grid of recessed LED ceiling lights on dimmer switches and added three pendant fixtures over the island, using clear glass shades for a warm, ambient glow. Electrical was rerouted to eliminate the old soffit and better balance task and mood lighting.
New Flooring Throughout
Luxury vinyl plank flooring in a light natural oak tone was installed after the subfloor was prepped and leveled. The LVP continues into the adjacent dining area and living space for a seamless flow throughout the home.
Appliance & Fixture Upgrades
We installed a full suite of black stainless steel Samsung appliances, including a French door refrigerator, slide-in range, and ultra-quiet dishwasher. The under-mount stainless sink was paired with a pull-down commercial-style faucet for easy prep and cleanup.
